How do Fiber Lily Yarn Clubs work?

Throughout 2024, we are running a Make-Along Club

Participation in this years club is suitable for both knitters and crocheters.

You do not have to join the pattern making. Feel free to order the colourways to make whatever you like.

The entire year of the Make-Along Club colourways are visible – this is not a mystery club.

Club colourways are ordered quarterly (three colourways each quarter) and one colourway is sent out each month.

If you signup during the initial release period of each round, you will automatically receive a 20% discount.

This club is not a reoccurring subscription so you will need to sign up at the beginning of each round to continue receiving packages throughout the year.

If you missed out on joining a round and would like to join at a later time, three skein bundles of each three month round’s colourways will be available to order again at the end of each round.

How do I use my Yarnie Rewards?

Yarnie points are acquired with each purchase you make on our website. Every dollar you spend is equal to 1 Yarnie Point.

Yarnie points accumulate in your account until such time as you wish to use them. Your points will be available to use on your next purchase.

While logged into your account, when you check out, you will be given the option to use your yarnie rewards towards your purchase or save them for another day.

If you wish to save your points, click [Remove Points] and they will be stored in your account for later use.

What is a backorder?

A backorder is dyed after it’s ordered. This occurs when a colourway is out of stock. Most colourways are always available for backorder on Super Soft Sock and D’Luxe DK to ensure you can order even if your favourite colourway is out of stock. Backorders usually take 7 – 10 business days depending on the dye schedule, weather and dry time.

Is Fiber Lily Merino Australian?

Yes, Fiber Lily merino yarns are all spun using Australian merino.

Are Fiber Lily yarns non-mulesed?

Rest assured that all Fiber Lily yarns are sourced from non-mulesed sheep farms. It is very important to us to only dye on certified non-mulesed wool.

Can you dye custom colourways?

No, Fiber Lily is not a custom colourway dyer. Over 70 colourways are available so there is sure to be a colourway to your liking. You can use the search function on the top right hand side of the screen to search for particular colours.

Can you cake my yarn before sending?

Fiber Lily does not offer a caking service at this time.

Can I add to my current order before it is posted?

Absolutely – email hello@fiberlily.com.au for a code to remove postage (within Australia). Post runs are on Tuesday and Friday mornings so you will need to make contact before your order is packed.

Why did I get locked out of my account?

Your account will lock after 3 failed password attempts and unlock again after 1 hour. This is a security feature to protect you and your details. It is best to use the ‘forgotten password’ link before your 3rd login attempt.
