All orders are shipped via Australia Post and postage is capped at the $11.00 flat rate (incl. GST), no matter how much you order. Orders are sent with tracking for your peace of mind. You will be sent your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

The time required to prepare an order for postage varies depending on whether the colourway is in stock or on backorder (needs to be dyed).

Ready to post skeins ordered between Friday and Monday are posted on Tuesday.  Ready to post skeins ordered between Monday and Thursday are posted on Friday.

Fiber Lily can accept no responsibility for lost parcels due to a postage or delivery error. Please ensure your delivery address is correct to avoid any delays or non-delivery. If there is an issue, we will do our best to have it dealt with through Australia post, however we cannot replace items that are lost if Australia post has not accepted liability and approved a claim for the missing items. 


All orders are shipped via Australia Post. International shipping is calculated at Australia Post rates depending on your location and total weight of your order. The best way to find out how much your shipping will cost is to add items to your cart and update your cart total with you location. Prices increase at 500g, 1kg, 2kg and so on. Packaging is included in the weight total.

Your package will be sent using Standard (tracked) postage. Your tracking number will be sent when your order is shipped so you can track your package on it’s journey to you.

International customers can also select extra cover and/or signature on delivery if you require extra security for your package.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or delays in postage processes once the item has left the  Fiber Lily premises.

Due to a legal requirement to disclose package contents and price, all International packages will be declared as “Yarn” and the exact price of the order will be displayed in the custom declaration field.

EU Customers – Due to changes in the VAT effective 1 July 2021, a handling fee will be added to your shipping rates to cover the new VAT charges now being applied. These changes are in place to make it easier for you, the buyer, to purchase products from our store, preventing our customers being charged upon delivery of the goods by the carrier.



Due to the unique nature of the yarns, we do not accept exchanges, cancellations or change of mind. However, please do not hesitate to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with any major problems or quality control issues, such as excessive knots. All yarns are subject to strict quality control checks to ensure you are receiving the best product possible.


10% GST is included in all pricing for Australian customers. The total GST component is displayed in the cart, at checkout and on the final invoice.
